PROJECTS: Heathcote, West Yorkshire - built 1905 - 07 as a private residence for Bradford wool merchant Mr. J T Hemmingway.  Prior to 2009 the building had been owned for many years by electrical contractor N G Bailey Group with limited public access. When the house was put up for sale N G Bailey allowed three PAC volunteers to record this outstanding building over 8 man days.

To protect and promote the spirit and substance of the work of Sir Edwin Lutyens OM
